Wellsville Police arrested Rashod N. Black Jr, age 26 of
Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and Harassment
2nd. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on North Broad Street in the Village. Black was processed and arraigned before the
Town of Independence Justice Howe. Black
was released and is due to appear in the Village of Wellsville Court on July
24th at 4:30 p.m.
