On February 13th, 2018 following a complaint in the Village of Cuba, Cuba Police arrested Kevin J. Tyler, 46, of Cuba. Tyler was charged with endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor). Tyler was processed and released to appear at a later date. Tyler is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
