Allegany County: 71-year-old Clarksville man accused of felony sex offense

Amity-based troopers Sunday night arrested 71-year-old William B. Miller of Clarksville. State police charged him with 1st degree sexual abuse, a class B felony. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. While the online blotter did not indicate Miller's status, the Allegany County jail said this morning he was not incarcerated at their facility.
