Bolivar man drives drunk - will spend time in jail

A Bolivar man will spend some more time in jail, thanks to a Cattaraugus County Judge. James J. Jurbala, 50, drove drunk in Ellicottville on March 25. It was a felony crime. The judge sentenced Jurbala to a year in the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is already an inmate. The Bolivar man will also lose his license for a year and must also install an ignition interlock of his vehicle.
