4/3/17 3:29pm- State police arrested Margaret E. Smith, 36 of Caneadea. She was charged with five felony counts of rape and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
4/3/17 4:31pm- State police arrested a name protected 16-year-old boy from Wellsville. He was charged with forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor. He was processed and released on a court appearance ticket.
