7/23/25 7:20 a.m.- After investigating a complaint in the town of Scio, state police arrested Tammy L. Dunn-Humphrey, 57, of Scio. She was charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent/physically disabled person in the first-degree, aggravated harassment involving physical injury to a family member and endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault. She was taken to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment where the jail shows she remains held without bail.
