New York State Police Blotter – April 16, 2025
4/16/25 12:25 p.m. – On April 12th, the Olean
Interstate patrol investigated an ATV crash on Dutton Road in the town of
Hinsdale, which injured two men. Troopers listed the operators as John W. See,
23, of Hinsdale and Shawn Numeracki, 42, of Scio. On Wednesday, state police
charges See with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation for allegedly
having three or more open suspensions.
4/16/25 9:50 p.m. – During a traffic stop in the town
of Amity, state police arrested Jennifer K. Pavel, 48, of Olean. She was
charged with driving while intoxicated-first offense and having a BAC above
.08%. She’ll appear in court at a later date.
4/16/25 1:47 p.m. – After investigating a complaint
in the town of Bath, Hornell-based state police arrested Joshua T. Taft, 44, of
Hornell. He was charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of Meth
with intent to sell and criminal use of drug paraphernalia involving scales. He
was sent to the Steuben County Jail without bail.
