Wellsville Police charged Justin M. Crowner, age 37 of
Wellsville, charging him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (Unclassified
Misdemeanor) for driving with a suspended license and Failure to Obey a Traffic
Control Device. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Crowner was issued traffic citations and
released. Crowner is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on March 26th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested David S. Throgmorton, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Throgmorton was processed and arraigned
before associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Throgmorton was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on March 19th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Alina M. Phelps, age 48 of
Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny.
The charge stems from an incident that took place at the Giant Food Mart
in Wellsville. Phelps was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Phelps is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 12th at
4:30 p.m.
