2/1/19 8:59am- State police arrested Donald A. Aber, 43, of Wellsville. He was taken into custody on Baldwin Road and charged with falsely reporting an incident that did not occur. The crime allegedly happened on January 18th. He'll answer the charge in town of Wellsville court.
2/1/19 11:30am- After investigating a complaint in the village of Bolivar, state police arrested Jadakiss J. Ray-James, 19, of Niagara Fall. He was charged with sexual misconduct. Bail was set at $250. Troopers also arrested Amy L. Whalen, 41, of Bolivar. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She was released on an appearance ticket for court.
2/1/19 6:34pm- A traffic stop on I-86 resulted in multiple felony counts for a Campbell woman. troopers arrested Nikki J. Russo, 56. She was charged with felony aggravated DWI and felony DWI. Bail was set at $5,000 cash.
