You are invited to be among the first to play, to bang and trill and tap, on Allegany County’s only Outdoor Musical Instruments at an opening ceremony on Saturday, November 10. Come test your improvisational skills alongside local musicians. These instruments are meant for fun at all skill levels and ages. Refreshments provided. The event takes place from 11 a.m. until noon and yes, bundle up, snow is in the forecast.
About The Fassett Greenspace Project
A project managed by Art For Rural America that strives to convert the vacant "Fassett Lot" into a public greenspace. Features may include permanent and temporary art installations, community gardens, mini amphitheater, and educational venues.
