Canaseraga sex offender receives probation

Recently, in Livingston County court, Robert L. Martinez, 24, of Canaseraga was sentenced on a conviction of Sexual Offender Failure to Register or Verify (E Felony) to 5 years probation. He was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.
