Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 49 of Belmont, charging him with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 8th on a previous Petit Larceny charge. Fronczak was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. He is currently held on no bail. Fronczak is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
