Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Xavier L. Darden, age 20 of Olean, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on E. Fassett Street on June 21st. Darden was located on a traffic stop in Cattaraugus County and taken into custody. Darden was turned over to Wellsville Police, processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Darden is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Andrew W. Perkins, age 38 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Madison Street on July 16th. Perkins was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in Cap Court. Perkins is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Gabriel A. Babbitt, age 24 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven. Babbitt was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Babbitt is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 12th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police arrested Cheyenne M. Miller, age 34 of Wellsville, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from a complaint made by The Beef Haus in June of 2019. Miller was released from the Allegany County Jail and turned over to Wellsville Police. Miller was processed and transported back to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Miller is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
