Wellsville Police Blotter - June 6,7,8

Date: Sunday June 8, 2025

Wellsville Police arrested Michael J. Simon, age 48 of Wellsville, charging him with Assault 2nd (Class D Felony).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street.  Simon was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Simon is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 17th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Kaitlin M. Mickle, age 20 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation).  The charges stem from an incident that took place on East Dyke Street.  Mickle was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.  Mickle is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested James A. Roulo, age 43 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on Madison Street.  Roulo was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.  Roulo is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Rachel E. Simon, age 37 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Contempt 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Fassett Street.  Simon was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.  Simon is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Thomas J. West, age 38 of Oswego, charging him with 2 counts of Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charges stem from complaints made by Dollar General and Tops.  West was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  West is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 10th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Shawn E. Mills, age 48 of Wellsville, charging him with 4 counts of Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charges stem from an investigation at the Wellsville VFW.  Mills was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Mills is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 17th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Joshua W. Smith, age 26 of Wellsville, charging him with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 13th on a previous Criminal Contempt 2nd charge.  Smith was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.  Smith is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
