Wellsville Police arrested Eric T. Logue, age 45 of Willing, charging him with Grand Larceny 4th (Class E Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on June 12th. Logue was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Logue is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Archie R. Nelson, age 49 of Amity, charging him with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from incidents that took place on the Bolivar Road on June 7th and June 13th. Nelson was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Nelson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 24th at 4:30 pm.
