On June 8th, 2025, at approximately 3:30PM, Cuba Police arrested Eric J. Burkhard (40) of New Hudson , NY. Burkhard was arrested on charges of criminal contempt 1st (Felony) and aggravated family offense (Felony). These charges stem from an alleged violation of a court order. Burkhard was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail for centralized arraignment where bail was set at $30,000.00 cash/$60,000.00 bond. Burkhard is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On June 3rd, 2025, at approximately 1:41PM, Cuba Police arrested Robert K. Amundson (71) of Cuba following several complaints. Amundson was arrested on charges of public lewdness (Misdemeanor). Amundson was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Amundson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
