Wellsville Police arrested Thomas A. Clivick, age 74 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdeneanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Insufficient turn signal less than 100 feet of before turning. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Park Avenue. Clivick was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Clivick is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 10th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Christopher J. Cline, age 40 of Hornell, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road in October of 2022. Cline was located by the New York State Police and turned over to Wellsville Police. Cline was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Cline is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Dustin J. Baldwin, age 28 of Falconer, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place in October of 2021. Baldwin was located by the New York State Police and turned over to Wellsville Police. Baldwin was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Baldwin is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Dyllan M. Coats, age 29 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on May 13th on previous AUO 3rd and other
vehicle and traffic charges. Coats was
processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in
CAP Court. Coats is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
