Police early Saturday arrested Nathaniel A. Roeske, 35, of Wellsville. He was charged by police with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a breath test and speed in zone. He was also charged on an outstanding bench warrant. He was booked into the Allegany County Jail at 2:30 a.m.
