On 05/16/2025, members of the Village of Bath Police Department assisted NYS Parole at the Budget Inn as they conducted parole checks.
The following two press releases detail the investigations that led to the arrest of five subjects and the seizure of the below pictured evidence, recovered by members of the Bath Police Department during two simultaneous search warrants, conducted in two different rooms, at the Budget Inn.
In total, approximately 3.5 ounces of methamphetamine, approximately 1 ounce of cocaine, scales, packaging materials, paraphernalia, a replica Beretta handgun and other items pertinent to the investigation were seized.
