• April 21st responded to Wellsville Elementary School for possible structure
fire/smoke in the building. Found to be results from construction in the building.

▪ Started planning the fair booth this year and how we want to highlight the
recruitment

▪ Mandy did IDs for the Fire and EMS in Fillmore
▪ CFR course on Monday and Wednesday night to keep my CLI (Certified Lab
Instructor) certification.
▪ Shelly coordinated EMT & Paramedic Student Clinical Time with local facilities & EMS
providers
▪ Shelly worked with Fire Personnel to register and sign them up for fire training as
well as monitor submission of required OFPC forms for registrations
▪ Shelly submitted Forms to State EMS for Classes

▪ Meeting with Sheriff Department on Radio Procedures update
▪ NYSEMSCA Monthly Meeting – (New York State EMS Coordinators Association)
▪ Education Town Hall Meeting with NYS DOH EMS
▪ Mandy assisted Dr. Farney with office hours and monitored the CME training for that
night

▪ Bill and I attended MCI Drill with NYS OEM
▪ All Staff attended Blue Sky Meeting with NYSEG – Bi-annual requirement
▪ COOP Training @ Crossroads – NYS OEM Course – All staff attended
▪ Cuba Hospital Board Meeting
▪ All staff participated in the last Crisis Track Training so it can be rolled out to the
DPWs across the county to collect damages from each jurisdiction.
▪ The Staff monitored the weather and sent out updates as they come in. Bill & Bonnie
also were in collaboration with towns with their readiness, met with the dispatch to
discuss any needed information, monitored all calls until after 11pm. Also, we
monitored the power outages.

▪ Mandy attended “Social Media Engagement Strategies” training hosted by the
National Preparedness Training Center
▪ Our office hosted Tier 3 Training for all Towns & Villages in Allegany County.
Training was provided by NYS DHSES (Division of Homeland Security and Emergency
Services).
