The Wish Heroes campaign, running throughout the month of
June, empowers individuals to raise awareness and funds in support of
Make-A-Wish in the greater WNY region. Each Wish Hero commits to raising $1,000
– a goal that makes a difference for local children waiting on their wish to be
granted.
“Wishes are more than just a moment of joy – they’re a vital
part of a child’s medical journey,” said Benjamin Marchione, Regional Director
at Make-A-Wish. “As a Wish Hero, you’ll help create life-changing experiences
that inspire strength and resilience for local kids who need it most.”
Whether you're a returning supporter or stepping into this
role for the first time, Make-A-Wish provides tools and encouragement to help
you succeed. Once registered, each Wish Hero receives a personalized fundraising
page to share their story and rally support from their network of friends,
family, and colleagues.
