Allegany County Sheriff Scott Cicirello reports that on May 19th, 2025, Deputies of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office arrested Louis Quinones, age 40 of Geneva, New York. It is alleged that Quinones did knowingly and with intent to defraud, presented false information to the Allegany County Department of Social Services and in doing so obtained benefits of $1,119.00 he was not entitled to. Quinones was charged with Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th both Class E Felonies.
Quinones was processed and turned over to the Allegany County Jail awaiting Central arraignment.
