Today, following a traffic stop on State Route 19 in the Town of Scio, Allegany County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested ROBERT J. WASHINGTON, age 46 of Ishua, NY for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. WASHINGTON was processed, issued uniform traffic tickets for DWAI Drugs and Failure to Keep Right. He was released to a third party and will reappear at a later date in the Town of Scio Court.
