New York State Police Blotter – April 23, 2025
4/23/25 6:41 p.m.- After investigating an incident in
Bolivar on February 10th, state police on Wednesday arrested Michael
M. Mesler, 42, of Bolivar. He was charged with two felony third-degree grand
larceny involving property valued at more than $3,000. He was also charged with
felony first-degree offering a false instrument for filing with intent to
defraud. He was taken to the Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
4/24/25 1:14 a.m.- During an investigation in
Bolivar, state police arrested Robert W. McDonald, 71, of Bolivar. He was
charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on
an appearance ticket for court.
