New York State Police Blotter – April 21, 2026
4/21/25 10:30 a.m.- After being called to investigate
a domestic dispute in the town of Hume, state police arrested Robert F. McEvoy,
61, of Nunda. He was charged with unlawful dissemination of publication of an
intimate image. A court appearance is pending.
4/21/25 5:28 p.m.- Troopers were called to a trespass
complaint in the town of Portville. State Police then arrested Crystal A. Witter,
39, of Portville. She was charged with preventing an official
function/obstruction, resisting arrest and criminal trespass. She was issued a
court appearance ticket.
4/21/25 6:58 p.m. – After receiving a complaint in
the village of Canaseraga, state police arrested Dylan M. Lowery, 27, of Canaseraga.
He was charged with felony second degree assault with intent to cause physical injury
with a weapon and unlawful possession of a noxious material. He was transported
to the Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
4/21/25 9:11 p.m. – State police responded to the
town of Bolivar for a domestic dispute. Troopers then arrested Spencer M.
Elliott, 39, of Cuba. He was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly
disobeying a court order. He was taken to the county jail to await Central
arraignment.
