Allegany County Grand Jury issues Indictment Warrant in Cuba drug case

On April 13th, 2025, at approximately 1:13PM, following an investigation by the Cuba Police Department Narcotics Unit, Cuba Police arrested Denis P. Kranock (44) of Franklinville, NY. Kranock was arrested after a Grand Jury issued an indictment warrant on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd (2 Counts, Felony) and criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd (2 Counts, Felony). Kranock was processed, placed in front of a judge and sent to the Allegany County Jail on no bail. Kranock is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. These charges stem from the alleged sale of narcotics in the Town and Village of Cuba. The Narcotics Unit was assisted by the Allegany County District Attorney’s Office and the Franklinville Police Department.
