Wellsville Police arrested Holly L. Harrington, age 50 of Angelica, charging her with Trespass (Violation) and Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on North Main Street. Harrington was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Harrington is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 18th at 4:30 pm.

arrested Timothy, J. Porcuri, age 21 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified
Misdemeanor), AUO 2nd (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Unlicensed
Operator (Infraction) and Moved from lane unsafely (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic accident that
took place on North Main Street. Porcuri
was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Porcuri is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on March 18th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Joshua W. Smith, age 26 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Pine Street. Smith was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Smith is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
