Wellsville Police Blotter - march 18, 2025

Date: Tuesday March 18, 2025 

Wellsville Police arrested Tracy L. Murray, age 50 of Geneva, charging her with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street in April of 2024.  Murray was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Murray was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 15^th at 4:30 pm.

 

Wellsville Police arrested Tristan R. Collins, age 27 of Belfast, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1^st (Class C Felony) and Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street in March of 2024.  Collins was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Collins was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 15^th at 4:30 pm.
