New York State Police Blotter – Mar. 1, 2025
3/2/25 3:41 a.m.- After investigating a domestic
dispute in Lyndon, state police arrested Roberta Jo Morgan, 52, of
Franklinville. She was charged with felony first-degree reckless endangerment,
felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, child endangerment and
menacing with a weapon. She was taken to jail for Central arraignment.
3/2/25 6:41 a.m.- After investigating a domestic
dispute in Willing, state police arrested Sara A. Brassell, 40, of Wellsville.
She was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt with physical
contact and criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. She was
taken to the Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
