Wellsville Police arrested Justin A. Seratt, age 37 of Genesee, PA, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor), Unregistered Motor Vehicle (Infraction), Moved from lane unsafely (Infraction), No/Insufficient tail lamps (Infraction) & Visibility distorted/broken glass (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic stop on Madison Street. Seratt was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Seratt is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
