New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 2, 2025
2/2/25 11:12 a.m.- State police investigated a
complaint in the village of Belmont and later arrested Brendan J. Wesche, 28,
of Wellsville. He was located in Alma and taken into custody. He was charged
with two counts of criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. He
was transported to the Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
2/2/25 12:40 p.m.- In Belfast, state police arrested
Richard Robert Ahmaad Brown, 26, of Tonawanda. He was charged with operating a
motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was released with an appearance
ticket for court.
2/3/25 5:40 a.m.- State police arrested Lisa J.
Phearsdorf, 41, of Friendship. She was charged with three counts of criminal
possession of a controlled. Court action is pending.
