2/1/25 1:15 p.m.- After police investigated a
disabled vehicle in the town of Great Valley, Olean-based state police arrested
Willard Apperson, 41, of Scio. He was charged with felony first-degree
aggravated unlicensed operation, criminal possession of a controlled substance,
criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales) and operating a motor vehicle while
impaired by drugs. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail for Central
arraignment.
2/1/25 2:56 p.m.- After being a called to a larceny
from a building in the village of Belmont, state police arrested Daniel E. Fonczak,
49, of Belmont. He was charged with petit larceny and will appear in court at a
later date.
