He was arraigned November 4th at 11:15 a.m. and was remanded to Potter County Jail. Magisterial District Judge Christopher Kalacinski denied bail because Teller has failed to appear several times, has several fleeing counts and was uncooperative. A preliminary hearing is set for November 18th.

Potter County man faces 14 counts, now jailed without bail for allegedly fleeing
Pennsylvania state police report the arrest of 36-year-old Jason Michael Teller of Harrison Valley. He was charged with felony fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, felony flight to avoid apprehension and felony child endangerment. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment (two counts), marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia and evading arrest on foot. Teller was further charged with reckless driving, speeding in excess of 35 mph, driving at safe speed, disregard traffic lane and two other summary offenses.
