Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Carsen D. Matison, age 23 of Hinsdale, charging him with failure to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on September 3rd on previous DWAI, AUO 1st
and other Vehicle and Traffic charges.
Matison was stopped by the New York State Police and taken into
custody. Matison was transported to the
Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Matison is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police
arrested Briar A. York, age 27 of Wellsville, charging him with Public Lewdness
(Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems
from an incident that took place on West Pearl Street. York was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. York is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on
October 1st at 4:30 pm.
