Wellsville Police arrested Logan T. Ost, age 34 of Hornell, charging him with two counts of Criminal Mischief 2nd (Class D Felony). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Pine Street on September 12th. Ost was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Ost was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $20,000.00 cash bail and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
