On September 18th, 2024 at approximately 9:00AM, Cuba Police arrested Harry B. Strong (18) of Rochester, NY. Strong was arrested on charges of obstruction of governmental administration 2nd (Misdemeanor, 3 Counts) and a warrant for violation of probation. Strong was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail. Strong is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
