Alfred State/Wellsville: Oktoberfest buffet to be held October 3

The Culinary Arts department will host an Oktoberfest buffet style dinner on Oct. 3 at Alfred State’s Wellsville campus (2530 River Rd., Wellsville, NY 14895). The dinner is $25 each and the proceeds will benefit Culinary Arts scholarships. 

The menu will include: German Cheddar Beer Soup, Pretzels, Bratwurst with Caramelized Onions, House Made Sauerkraut, Sauerbraten, Warm German Potato Salad, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Spaetzle with Mushroom Gravy, German Salads, and assorted German Desserts.  

Limited seating is available, and reservations are required. Seating will be available between 5 – 6:30 p.m.  For reservations call 607-587-3170.
