One person was apparently killed in an ATV crash on County Road 38 in Alma at about 10 p.m. on July 4th. Alma fire, Alma and Allentown EMS, Wellsville Ambulance and Willing fire were called to the area of 4128 County Road 38. The initial dispatch showed a victim in the grass. WRN called BCI-Amity and were shuffled to the Public Information Officer in Batavia, who, according to his cell phone won't respond until Monday. The police blotter says the incident remains "under investigation."
