On June 2nd, 2024 at approximately 2:12PM, Cuba Police arrested Stacy L. Ward (31) of Cuba, NY. Ward was arrested on charges of criminal mischief 4th (Misdemeanor) and criminal tampering 3rd (Misdemeanor). Ward was processed and released to appear at a later date. Ward is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On June 1st, 2024 at approximately 8:47PM, Cuba Police arrested Jacob M. Smith (19) of Castile, NY. Smith was arrested on charges of speed in zone (Violation), speed not reasonable and prudent (Violation), improper passing (Violation), driving while intoxicated (Misdemeanor), operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content great than .08% (Misdemeanor), reckless driving (Misdemeanor) and unlawfully fleeing a police officer (Misdemeanor). Smith was processed and released to appear at a later date. Smith is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
