Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Tuesday May 14, 2024 

Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 48 no permanent address, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3^rd (Class E Felony).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on Pleasant Street on May 12^th.Fronczak was also charged with Disorderly Conduct (Violation), stemming from an incident that took place on Park Avenue on May 12^th.  Fronczak was processed and arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Karl Graves. Fronczak was released and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 4^th at 4:30 pm.
