On May 9th, 2024 at approximately 2:35 PM, Cuba Police arrested Adrianne S. Searl (42) of Cuba, NY on an active warrant. During the arrest Searl allegedly became combative and was arrested on additional charges of obstruction of governmental administration (Misdemeanor), criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (Misdemeanor) and concealing/altering or destroying physical evidence (Felony). Searl was processed, placed in front of a Judge and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $20,000.00 cash, $40,000.00 insurance bond. Searl is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
