Alleged Wellsville gunman faces a bevy of charges, sent to jail - UPDATED WITH PHOTO

Wellsville Police arrested William T. Wojehowski, age 37 of Wellsville, charging him with four counts of Menacing a Police Officer (Class D Felony), four counts of Reckless Endangerment 1st (Class D Felony) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charges stem from an incident that took place on West State Street on March 18th.  Wojehowski was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Wojehowski was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $25,000.00 cash bail or $50,000.00 property bond or $250,000.00 partially secured bond.  Wojehowski is due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 2nd at 4:30 pm.
