Armed felon arrested in Wyoming County, jailed without bail

Dwayne A. Goble, 39, of Varysburg, was arrested following a domestic incident on State Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon.  Goble was accused of threatening a female with an open knife and also punching a hole in a bedroom wall.  Goble, a convicted felon out of the State of Indiana, was arrested and charged with a class D felony, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, and two class A misdemeanors, Menacing in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.  Goble was arraigned virtually in front of the Town of Warsaw Court, and Goble was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail without bail.  An order of protection was also issued on behalf of the victim, and Goble was scheduled for further court appearance in Wyoming County Court on November 19, 2020.
