PA: Two dead in Tioga county shooting

Two people are dead in Tioga County, PA after a shooting on Ridge Road Sunday afternoon, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Linn Storms, a 75-year-old man, was identified by State Police as both the apparent shooter and a victim. Ida Storms, a 79-year-old female, was taken to Robert Packer Hospital where she later died from her injuries. State Police say the investigation is ongoing.
