9/20/20 9:15am- After investigating a sex offense in the Town of Independence, State Police arrested a 17-year-old name-protected boy from Whitesville. He was charged with second-degree sex abuse involving a victim under the age of 14 and endangerment the welfare of a child. The youth will appear in court at a later date.
