Cuba man arrested after domestic dispute - revised, name added

On Sunday August 30th at approximately 9:00 a.m., following a domestic dispute, Cuba Police arrested Walter E. Hinckley IV, 19, of Cuba. He was charged with harassment 2nd(violation), endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor), criminal obstruction of breathing (Misdemeanor) and criminal contempt of court 1st (Felony). Hinckley was processed and arraigned via Skype and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $2,500.00 bail. Hinckley is to appear at the Cuba Town Court at a later date.
