A Cuba man is facing felony counts stemming from crimes
reported in four communities across Western New York. State Police on Tuesday
arrested 30-year-old Derek W. Tyler-Lockwood. His charges include two felony
counts of criminal possession of stolen property valued at more than $1,000,
another felony count of possessing stolen property valued at over $3,000 and
petit larceny. The crimes occurred in Scio, Wheatfield, Clarksville and Wirt.
The cases were reported March 28th, then June 29, July 30th and August 25th.
A Wellsville man has been charged with numerous counts for
alleged crimes in the village of Wellsville and town of Scio. State Police this morning
arrested 26-year-old Tyler W. Cowburn. In the village case, he was charged with
felony criminal possession of a stolen vehicle, as well as aggravated
unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. In
the Scio case, Troopers charged Cowburn with felony grand larceny of a vehicle.
He was processed and released on court appearance tickets.
