Bail was set at $10,000 cash after a Cuba man was taken into custody. State Police said they responded to a domestic dispute in the village of Cuba early Sunday. 35-year-old Charles Houser was charged with felony criminal contempt involving physical contact and felony aggravated family offense. Additional court action is pending.
