History was made on Tuesday as hundreds of Potter County Republicans and Democrats opted for expanded “vote by mail” options in the June 2, 2020, General Primary Election. Officials in the Elections Office processed the mailed-in ballots as well as tallies from the 32 voting precincts across Potter County to produce an unofficial count that was released shortly after 10 pm.
