Wyoming County Deputies charge Fillmore driver

On February 22nd, 2020, Wyoming County Deputies were stationary in the Village of Castile when a vehicle was observed traveling over the speed limit. Deputies identified the driver as Diane Kelly, 36, of Fillmore. Deputies said a computer check showed Kelly had a suspended license. Kelly was stopped and arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree. She was issued appearance tickets for speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Castile Court at a later date.
